The given topic must be followed.

Work should be done within the given time.

If the artwork is not related to the topic the contestant will be eliminated.

No copying/referencing/inspiration will be allowed.

participants will have to get their own materials as the deem fit after viewing the themes.

only paper will be provided by the organizers.

any break of the general code of conduct or ethical rules of the school and the competition will lead to immediate disqualification.

Event outline

Students can participate individually only.

the event will have 2 rounds for all categories.

The judges can choose to group 2 participants as a team at their discretion.

For category A:
1. participants will be given topics on the spot and must draw from their imagination -
for category B:
Round 1:
Each participant will be given an art sheet. A vague description about a topic will be given to the contestants, and it is up to them to interpret this creatively in the form of an artwork. The finalists of this round will be qualified for the second round
Round 2:
Teams will be made by the event heads according to the finalists of the first round. Each team consists of two members. Each team will have to choose a chit, the chit contains names of random objects that they will have to include in their artworks, using their creativity. -
For Category C:
Round 1:
The teams will be made by the event heads. Each team will consist of two members and will be given an art sheet.
Only one member will get to paint at a time. The other member will be seated elsewhere. Team members keep changing every 15 minutes. Each contestant will get 30 mins to complete their part.
ROund 2:
Each member from the team will be blindfolded and will have to choose any one colour from their box of paints. Using only these 3 colors the team members will be given a topic to follow, on which they have to create an artwork.
all teams will be given 10 min for discussion.
The members will switch every 20 minutes.

A maximum of 1 participant can register per team (Individual participation)
