  • Participants are required to carry a mobile phone and a laptop for the duration of the event as required for the event. They are only allowed to use the internet as per the judges’ discretion.

  • PHONES OR ELECTRONIC DEVICES ALLOWED ONLY WITH A NOTE 

  • Each participating team must consist of exactly two members. Teams cannot change their composition once registered.

  • Corporate formal attire is mandatory for all participants throughout the duration of the event.

  • Participants must be prepared to submit their mobile phones and laptops to the Organizing Committee (OC) upon request.

  • Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification

  • Teams must adhere to the specified timelines for each round of the event

  • Participants are expected to familiarize themselves with all event rules and regulations prior to the commencement of the event

  • Participants must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times

  • ANYONE WHO DOESN’T FOLLOW THE RULES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

Event outline

  • The CRISIS MANAGEMENT event is organized in a 3 round schedule

  • There is one category of participation: Category C (class 9 to 11)

  • Each participating team must consist of exactly two members and the teams cannot change their composition once registered

  • Participants will be showcasing and presenting their skills in crisis management within a commerce context

  • Participants are required to carry a mobile phone and a laptop for the duration of the event WITH A NOTE. These devices must be fully charged and functional. Teams may use their devices during specified rounds for research and communication purposes. They are only allowed to use the internet as per the judges’ discretion.

  • All decisions made by the judges and OC are final and binding. Participants may not dispute or challenge the decisions of the judging panel. Judges will evaluate teams based on predetermined criteria and scoring rubrics.

  • The event heads will be the judges and their say is final. They are the point of contact for all grievances and clarification and they are the sole enforcers and interpreters of the RULES

  • The rules will be strictly followed. Any breach of the rules or code of conduct will result in IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION at the JUDGES’ DISCRETION.

  • The OC, EVENT HEADS, VOLUNTEERS or TEACHERS are not responsible for the loss or damage of any possessions during the fest. It is the sole responsibility of the participant(s).

A maximum of 2 participants can register per team (team participation)
